Prayer Update -- Viasma

Dear Prayer Partners,

Yesterday the folks from Viasma again went to meet with the Mayor.  The 
details are not totally clear to me but, the Mayor again did not have time to 
meet with them.  They then met with someone for a short period of time.  
(Either the Mayor or his assistant)  This meeting was very positive.  They 
were assured by this person that they would help in getting the paperwork 
signed and hopefully it would be delivered by next week.

Both Lena and Mario were excited today and felt that this was a great answer 
to prayer.  They asked that we continue to pray over the next week until all 
the papers are delivered.
