Youth Center Registration

Dear Prayer Partners,

We have a very urgent prayer request regarding the registration of the Youth 
Center just south of Moscow.  We have been following all the legal procedures 
for completing the final registration on the facility but we have not 
received registration.  The government is telling us that this is not our 
problem but they are looking at how the previous owners actually handled the 
land/buildings etc. and that much property in that area had been handled 
improperly in the past.  The problem is that while they are looking into the 
past, the papers which we have worked so hard for months to prepare will 
expire and we might have to start the entire process over again.  Also, not 
unusual for Russia, but they (the government or corrupt officials) can use 
this as a ploy to take our place from us.  We always live with this 
possibility in Russia but please -- pray with us that all of this gets 
settled very soon.  Please pray for Tamara Chupova who is having to deal with 
the people working on the registration.  This has been a very trying 
experience.
