CIS Prayer: Youth Conference

Dear Prayer Partners,

Today we begin our Field Youth Conference.   Young people have been traveling for days to reach Moscow.   We had 30 from Kazakhstan arrive last evening.   The group from St. Petersburg rode the train all night.   Soon, the bus from the South district should be rolling into town.   We should have 150 young people here from across the Field.   

Please pray with us that the Lord will use these days to speak to these young people.   They are the future leaders for God and the Church of the Nazarene in the CIS.   

Also, please pray for Davide Cantarella who is our Field Youth Coordinator.   He has worked hard to put all of this together, but there continue to be many details.   He needs your prayers for strength and encouragement.

Please pray for Rev. Erich Fischer, Pastor of the Hannau, Germany Church of the Nazarene.   He is of Russian-German roots and speaks Russian.   This is his first trip to Russia to preach and we believe God will use him to speak to these young people.

Please pray for other presenters, Chet Marshall and Sabine Wielke, as well as Field Director, Chuck Sunberg.
